It’s the time of the year once again! We’re approaching the March Holiday season and we’re gearing up for the CHALLENGE WEEK! For the CrossFit Kids and Teens, we’ll be having a spiced up time during the classes in the week from 14th to 19th March!
Get excited to get down and dirty with us as we start to explore new challenges and games which is set to bring your idea of “Challenging” and Fun to a whole new level! Of course, what are challenges without the power ups. We will be giving various power ups for the top in each challenge. It isn’t just about speed and the amount of rounds you get it or the winner of the game that is gonna get the power up.
We’re looking for the individuals who demonstrate the following, best movement, most improved movement, best team player, best effort and of course, the one with the most number of rounds! It’s going to be an exciting time of growth for our CrossFit Kids and Teens as they start to learn about themselves much more through these challenges and games.
Details of the Challenge week is as follows :
Date : March School Holidays (14th to 19th March 2016)
CrossFit Kids (Monday to Friday, except Thursday, at 4pm | Saturday 930am)
CrossFit Teens (Monday to Friday, except Thursday, at 5pm | Saturday 1130am)
