Gerald the sport of fitness as it requires proficiency in multiple elements (gymnastics, long distance, middle distance, etc), and that means training with a different purpose and goal everyday. He believes that CrossFit is not only beneficial to improving one’s fitness, but can instil values such as hard work and commitment in an individual. A true sports-fanatic.
