INNERVATE FITNESS SCHEDULE
Do take note of the following.
Prior to attending the class, booking of classes is a MUST under 'book class' in the tab.
Booking of slots opens 2 days (48h) prior to the class/open gym timing.
Late cancellation is 10 hours ahead and is discouraged.
Classes rotate around 4 class types. They are, CrossFit, Compound (Strength), Control (Gymnastics) and Condition (Engine). The main class type would be the CrossFit classes with the rest rotated constantly and spread sporadically through the week, specific class time slots can be found on the booking Push Press app.
